Sadyba is a neighbourhood, and the City Information System area, in Warsaw, Poland, within the Mokotów district. It is a residential area with low-rise single-family housing in the south and high-rise multifamily housing in the north. In 1887, Fort IX was built in the area, as part of the series of fortifications surrounding the city, and was incorporated into Warsaw in 1916. Throughout the 1920s, the neighbourhoods of Sadyba and Garden City of Czerniaków, with the low-rise single-family housing, were developed in the area. In the 1970s, several housing estates of high-rise apartment buildings were developed in Sadyba. In 2000, Sadyba Best Mall, one of the oldest shopping malls in Poland, was opened in the neighbourhood.
