Il Guardian, fino al 1959 The Manchester Guardian, è un quotidiano britannico indipendente, fondato nel 1821 a Manchester. Dal 1960 la sua sede è a Londra. Viene stampato in entrambe le città ed esce sei giorni a settimana dal lunedì al sabato, mentre la domenica esce in sua vece, per lo stesso gruppo editoriale, l'Observer.
