Lia van Leer was a Romanian-born Israeli arts administrator and film archivist. A pioneer of art film programming and film archiving, Van Leet was the founder of the Haifa Cinematheque, the Jerusalem Cinematheque, the Israel Film Archive and the Jerusalem Film Festival.
