Ian Thomas Garner MacKaye, né le 16 avril 1962, est un chanteur et guitariste américain. Actif depuis 1979 MacKaye est surtout connu pour sa participation dans les très influents groupes de punk rock Minor Threat et Fugazi. Il est également connu pour sa participation dans le groupe Embrace et le duo The Evens.
