Vladimir Yevgenyevich Churov was a Russian official and politician. From March 2007 to March 2016, he served as a member and the chairman of the Central Election Commission of Russia. He was associated with mass falsifications of Russian elections. From June 2016 he worked as an Ambassador for Special Tasks at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
