Igor Ramanovich Bancer is a Polish Belarusian musician, opposition figure, and former political prisoner. He is the former editor-in-chief of the Magazyn Polski and of the Głos znad Niemna in exile as well as the former spokesperson of the Union of Poles in Belarus. Bancer is perhaps best known as the founder and singer of the Grodno-based streetpunk band Mister X, though he also served as head of the "Grodno Rock-club".
