Inga Ruginienė is a Lithuanian trade unionist and politician serving as the 19th Prime Minister of Lithuania from 25 September 2025 until the resignation of her government on 23 June 2026. Following the resignation, she continued to serve as acting (caretaker) prime minister until the formation of a new government. A member of the Social Democratic Party of Lithuania, she has been a Member of the Seimas since 2024 and previously served as Minister of Social Security and Labour before assuming the office of prime minister.
